HR Administrator - 1544Required for our busy HR department which deals with all Company UK and International sites and based at the head office in Nottingham. Providing full administrative support to the HR team including: dealing with recruitment processes, maintenance of HR records, employment references, monitoring absence, appraisals, facilitating with training, assistance with ad hoc project work etc. You will be experienced in HR administration & procedures, have a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP), be very computer literate and ideally proficient with HR computerised systems, have excellent verbal & written communication skills; as well as being highly organised, accurate & speedy. Additionally you will be a helpful and approachable team player, able to work on own initiative, who understands the confidential nature of HR related matters.
