Sports and Fitness Centre Assistant

Full-time - 37 hours per week

Salary Single Pay Spine Grade 3

£14,867 - £16,547 pa

We are looking to appoint an experienced fitness assistant.  Working within a small team, duties will include the induction of users, planning of personal exercise programmes and classes, reception and administration together.  There will be an opportunity to assist in the future development of the centre.

Applicants must hold a relevant fitness qualification and have REPS status Level 2.  You should have a good standard of education, including English, have an understanding of Health and Safety, possess good IT skills, be customer focused and flexible in your approach.  Ideally, you will also have an ETM (Exercise to Music) qualification, and experience of planning and implementing exercise classes to suit all customers.
