Our Enquiry Centre is a key front line service with a focus on excellent quality Customer Service. Due to a secondment we have a temporary Enquiry Centre Team Leader post available. The post will be based at Cardinal Square, Derby for 12 months and the hours will be 09.30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. You may be required to work an occasional late shift.

 

You will need to be enthusiastic, possess an excellent telephone manner and be committed to first class customer service. With experience working in a customer driven environment you will have excellent IT skills, knowledge of housing repairs and the ability to work under pressure. Ideally you will have experience of supervising a customer facing team and managing customer expectations and complaints.
