Technolog has over 25 years' experience in the design and manufacture of battery-powered data logging, meter reading and pressure control products for the water, gas and electricity utilities. Technolog products and solutions use the latest technologies and innovation to facilitate efficient management of water, gas and electricity networks.

Technolog is widely regarded as the market leader, with an installed base of over 300,000 monitoring devices, several of which are patented and have received internationally recognised design awards. Technolog is one of the largest industrial users of GSM/GPRS technology in the UK. Our success is based upon a philosophy of continuous close co-operation with users, pioneering new techniques and technology, whilst providing consistently high standards of product and service.

Technolog has a broad customer base including water and energy utilities such as National Grid, United Utilities, Welsh Water, Severn Trent Water, Gaz de France, Scottish Water, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water and Southern Water Services.

Technolog also serves the energy management market including IMServ, Energy Assets, Corona, United Utilities Networks, and OnStream. We deliver products and services to many high street names including Tesco, RBS, Marks & Spencer, and ASDA. Technolog smart metering products are installed on a variety of prestigious government buildings and local authority premises throughout the UK.

Technolog also exports products through our sales office in Paris, distributors and agents.

The Technolog group of companies is enjoying considerable success in the market and this is reflected in our record trading results and in our growing staff numbers. We now employ approximately 200 people in offices across the UK.

Research and Development
Technolog commits significant resources to research and development. We are recognised in the DTI list of the top 750 UK companies by R&D spend. Our focus is to design new products to improve the management of water and energy utility networks and to deliver smart metering solutions as part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions.

Technolog is accredited to ISO 9001:2000. Our quality system complies with the ATEX requirements for equipment intended for use in explosive atmospheres.

Intrinsic Safety
Most of our intrinsically safe products are certified for use in Zone 0.

Support and Training
Our field support engineers are available to assist with site surveys, installation of equipment and data analysis. Technolog's product and software training courses ensure full user capability when installing, commissioning and maintaining Technolog products.
